Data Use for Digital and Transformation Hub (D&T Hub)

The Digital and Transformation Hub (D&T Hub) will serve as a critical platform for identifying and improving digital capabilities and healthcare transformation across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and individual Practices. The Hub facilitates assessments, data collection, and analysis to identify key trends, gaps, and areas for potential development, helping healthcare stakeholders enhance their digital and operational effectiveness.

Assessment Types

Global Assessment: General overview of performance and capabilities
In-depth Assessment: Detailed review of specific digital and transformation initiatives and outcomes

The insights generated from these assessments are shared with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and drive targeted interventions and projects. Redmoor Health will also use the data for identifying commercial opportunities. Data will be categorized into aggregated summaries for high-level review by ICBs and PCNs, as well as detailed insights for individual practices to support local action planning. The Redmoor Use Case will illustrate trends and highlight further development opportunities.

Data Sharing & Audience Permissions

Redmoor Health may share the following data externally (e.g., with ICBs or GP Federations) for marketing and sales purposes, including white papers on digital trends in primary care. This data sharing is independent of contractual agreements.
